Ania Rekas is a Polish-born artist and designer based in London. She holds a BA in Fashion Print from Central Saint Martins (2018) and an MA in Print from the Royal College of Art (2021). Her work explores themes of the mundane, home, and belonging. Through her practice, she wants to translate memories of places, people, and objects into contemporary icons. Ania's visual language focuses on imagined landscapes inspired by childhood. She constructs emotional spaces where personal figures drift between abstraction and detail using mixed media techniques on ceramics, wood, and paper.
